DUANE AND MARLENE HADA BENEFIT

Duane and Marlene Hada are not just well-known identities in the fly fishing community in this part of the world, they are truly “great people”. When Marlene was found to have be facing a serious battle with breast cancer, their approach was typically quiet and low-key. Now their friends and admirers in our community have come together to put together a tremendous benefit raffle to assist the Hada’s in their fight.
We hope you will dig deep into your pockets to help as well. If you know the Hada’s your generosity would be automatic, but the organizers have put together some great prizes, worth more than $20,000, to entice people to open their wallets wider. Take a look:

Grand Prize: A day with Dave and Emily Whitlock on the White or Norfork River. 2 Nights accommodation at the White River Inn luxury fly fishing lodge. Plus a Sage fly rod, reel and line of the winners’ choice, and 100 custom flies tied by Ozark Fly Tyers.

First Place: Supreme L42 river boat, silver with matching trailer. ($6000 retail value, donated by Supreme Boats).

Second Place: One of a kind framed artwork by Duane Hada. (Donated by Rivertown Gallery and Riverbend Framing).

Third Place: Two nights stay at Rim Shoals Resort and two days guided fly fishing with Marc Poulos and Steve Dally (Donated by Rim Shoals Resort, Mountain River Fly Shop and Marc Poulos).

Fourth Place: Two nights at Lobo Landing on the Little Red River, and a day’s guided fly fishing. (Donated by Lobo Landing).

Fifth Place: Guided Crooked Creek Smallmouth fly fishing and custom smallmouth flies. (Donated by Ben Levin).

Sixth Place: Simms G3 Guide Waders. (Donated by Mountain River Fly Shop).

Seventh Place: Simms G3 Guide Jacket. (Donated by The Woodsman, Fort Smith, AR).

Eighth Place: One Custom Presentation Atlantic Salmon Fly. (Donated by Davy Wotton).
