Want to be an Umpqua Fly Designer?

THE Denver Post’s outdoor writer Charlie Meyers is probably one of the more interesting newshounds in the outdoor field. Midcurrent.com pulled up this piece from Charlie about Umpqua Feather Merchant’s move from Oregon to Colorado.
He takes us through the selection process for flies to join the Umpqua catalogue and about the company’s move to its new HQ. As a fly buyer Umpqua has the best range of flies at the best quality without peer. Others we use like Rainys, Pacific and Bougle Bugs have great in certain areas, but Umpqua is number one.
So read Charlie’s piece here and if you like your stories with moving pictures there is an accompanying video, with out a lot of the detail here. Umpqua video
